Ribbon Blenders are very powerful and vigorous. They consist of a Conical Vessel with dished or flat head. The essential campaigner shaft is driven from top end with gear reducer. A double helical ribbon agitator in the vessel moves the product upward along the outer wall and releases it downward into cavities developed in the middle.

Ribbon Blenders are based on an established campaigner construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast & efficient blending. The dimensions as well as configuration of the Ribbon Blenders are carefully balanced in order to provide a movement of material within the container that avoids dead spots and gives rapid product discharge.

The rotating central agitator shaft does not have any bottom bearing support there by eliminating any dead spots or difficult areas for cleaning and there is no danger of product contamination. Discharge of the product is fast and simple as complete bore stiff open.
At the same time Ribbon Blender material is horizontally distributed by the mixing division and is also optimally regimented.

At Krishna Engineering, Combining time of Ribbon Blender is depends on the agitator speed. In general, mixing time is for three to four times shorter than the mixers working with a rotating screws & bolts.
The drive and bearings of Ribbon Blenders are been kept outside of the vessel with no gears or seals in the product compartment.
