| DESCRIPTION |
Krishna Engineering is expert in Manufacturing Impex Pulverizer which is used to make powder of different material. In this, Impex Pulverizer is done by continuous impact of rotating hammers against grinding liner. At the same time air stream blowing through the Pulverizer carries the ground material towards outlet. Whizzer classifier doesn’t allow oversize particles to pass and returned them into the grinding chamber. They are re-grind as well as reduced up-to the acceptable size. Fan is working for convey particles passed from Whizzer and send it to cyclone collector. Three-way connection Cyclone & dust collector (fabric type) provides clear air to the mill and keeps entire operation free from dust too.
Impex Pulverizer consists of a sheathed rotor carrying classifier hammers, swing hammers, and Blower Fan mounted on a solid shaft. The ground material is carried towards the classifier for classification and the over size particles are also rejected by the classifier and returns to the crushing chamber for further grinding. The classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone for collection and bagging. A dust collector is provided in the system for ensuring dust free operation and no loss of ground powder. |
An extra heavily constructed machine designed to pulverize even rocks & minerals of medium hardness. Fineness ranging between 100 mesh to 300 mesh (150 to 50 microns) and in some cases up-to 500 mesh. “Non concrete foundation" frame with AVM pads may be provided.
